Back leg raises ( standing )
Beginner10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Stand tall with your fists up in front of you and your weight on one leg.
- Sweep the other leg straight back behind you, squeezing your glutes to lift it as high as it will go without leaning forward, then lower it back down with control and repeat.
- The range is small and that's fine - the lift comes from the back of your hip, not from tilting your torso, and a short, honest rep beats a tall, cheated one every time.
- Complete your reps, then switch legs.
