Bridge taps
Intermediate10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor hip-width apart, hands resting on your chest.
- Drive through your heels and lift your hips into a bridge.
- Holding the bridge steady, reach one arm up and over to tap the floor behind your head, bring it back, then reach with the other arm.
- Your hips are the whole game here: they stay lifted and level while the arms move - no dipping, no tilting side to side.
