Front leg raises ( standing )
Beginner10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Stand tall with your fists up in front of you and your weight on one leg.
- Raise the other leg straight out in front of you, keeping the knee locked and the toes pulled up, until it's as high as it will go without leaning back, then lower it down with control and repeat.
- The higher the leg travels, the harder the front of your thigh and hip have to work - and the harder your standing side has to work to keep you tall and still.
- Complete your reps, then switch legs.
