Leg extensions ( donkey kicks )
Beginner10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Start on all fours with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
- Keeping one knee bent at a right angle, drive that leg up behind you, pushing the sole of your foot toward the ceiling until your thigh is in line with your back - like a donkey kicking, which is exactly where the move gets its other name.
- Lower the knee back down without resting it on the floor and repeat.
- Keep your hips square and your back flat, complete your reps, then switch legs.
