Side knee-to-elbows ( standing )
Beginner10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Stand tall with your fingers by your ears and your elbows out wide.
- Lift one knee up and out to the side while bending your torso sideways toward it, bringing your same-side elbow down to meet the knee - then return to standing tall and repeat on the other side.
- The whole movement lives in your side: knee travels up and out, elbow dips down, and your obliques squeeze the two together like closing a hinge.
