Single leg hops
Intermediate30 secondsJumping
How to do it
- Stand on one leg with the other foot lifted off the floor behind you, knee bent.
- Hop on the spot on your standing leg, staying light on the ball of your foot and keeping the hops small, quick and springy.
- Your knee stays soft to absorb each landing and your raised foot never touches down.
- Complete your reps, then switch legs - and expect the second side to complain about the first one getting to rest.
