Slow butt kick
Beginner10 repsJumping
How to do it
- Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed or raised in a light running position.
- Bring one heel up behind you toward your glute, lower it back down, then switch to the other leg - at an unhurried, walking-tempo pace.
- There's no jump and no impact: this is a gentle warm-up for the backs of your legs, so focus on standing tall and moving smoothly rather than kicking high.
