Downward upward dog
Intermediate10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Start in downward dog: hands and feet on the floor, hips pushed up and back so your body forms an inverted V, heels reaching toward the floor and your head relaxed between your arms.
- From there, roll forward through a low sweep - hips dropping toward the floor as your chest glides forward and up between your hands - into upward dog: back arched, chest open, gaze forward, thighs off the floor.
- Then push your hips back up and return to the V.
- Flow slowly between the two positions, moving with your breath.
