Push-up shoulder taps
Advanced10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Start in a push-up position, hands under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Lower your chest to the floor and press back up, then lift one hand off the floor and tap it to your opposite shoulder before placing it back down.
- Push-up, tap, push-up, tap - alternating the tapping hand each rep.
- The tap is where the real work hides: for that moment on one arm, your whole body has to fight the urge to tip sideways.
