Side shoulder taps
Beginner10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Stand tall and extend both arms straight out to your sides at shoulder height, forming a T.
- Bend your elbows and bring your fingertips in to tap the tops of your shoulders, then extend the arms back out to the full T.
- Keep your upper arms level throughout - the elbows fold and unfold, but they never sink.
- A gentle-looking move that turns into honest shoulder work once the reps stack up.
