Staggered push-ups
Advanced10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Get into a push-up position, then slide one hand forward and the other back, so your hands are offset by half a hand-length or more.
- Keeping your body in a straight line, lower your chest toward the floor and press back up, then switch the stagger and repeat.
- The uneven hand placement splits the load unevenly between your arms - each side gets its own workout, and your core has to referee the difference.
