Step shoulder taps
Beginner10 repsLow impact
How to do it
- Stand tall with your fingertips resting on the tops of your shoulders, elbows out.
- Step one foot out to the side as you press both arms straight up overhead, then step back in as the fingertips return to the shoulders.
- Alternate the stepping leg and keep the press honest - all the way up, every time.
- The tap sets the rhythm, the reach does the work, and the steps quietly turn it all into cardio.
