Dragon push-ups
Advanced10 repsNo jumping
How to do it
- Set up in a push-up position, then walk your hands forward and out wider than usual, so your arms reach ahead of your shoulders and your body forms a long, extended line.
- From this stretched-out position, bend your elbows and lower your whole body until it hovers just above the floor, then press back up without letting the reach collapse.
- The extended arm position robs you of leverage - every rep loads the chest, lats, and core far more than a standard push-up.
